A Healthy Start To Summer

Summer, a time for sloth-like behavior and relaxation always seems to leave me feeling like I've just wasted three months of my life. This year, why not change the way that you feel by setting and hopefully reaching a few of your goals. Not only will this help you to feel accomplished, but personally, goals always make me feel more important. Here is my list of goals for the season.

Paint more. Wake up earlier. Run. Watch the sun set. Watch the sun rise. Fill every day to the brim. Drive. Hang out with friends. Make new friends. Rekindle old friendships. Celebrate. Eat light foods. Read more. Sleep. Enjoy nature. Bring camera everywhere. Take more pictures. Try different ways of editing. DIY. Write. Blog. Be happy. Relax.
